• Returns are only accepted for damaged or misprinted printed/embroidered items.

• Issues must be reported to quannoel@alignmentperiod.com before returning an item.

• Exchanges or refunds are not available for size or color changes.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
